bad chop.
but you can definitely get a naked SV, make a custom R6 based exhaust, do a swingarm swap if you've got the cash, and mount whatever headlights you want.

Check out svrider.com to see all the crazy SVs that exist over there.

what kinda swing arms are people putting on them? of those, are them making a difference? or is it just for show?

they pretty much just put single sided swingarms on them. It costs alot of money and takes tons of machining time. You see them more often on 1st gens, i think it's easier.
It's pretty much not an option. I would say it's for show. Twin works factory used to do under bracing on stock swingarms for the track, but the difference is nominal.

I would say just get an 05+ SV because they have a black frame and swingarm. It makes them dissapear.
But you can always get different wheels to distract from anything else, and it'd be money much better spent. Although the SV with suspension mods has good enough turn in already.
