I would go with k20a but if money is the issue then go with the h22a lsd i have a h22a4 out of a 98 prelude cost me $800 for the complete change over because i know a buddy of mine that does swaps and work on honda's so i got the hook up.

First you should research a lot more. the H and F series are going to be your main choices. The K series will more than likely not be the one you choose since it will require extensive modification and some serious ingenuity on your part to make it work. Complete swaps are also nice but what do you mean complete swap? Do you want a trans motor ecu wiring harness or just pieces? Also with the S2000 question i hope you were joking. If not then you should just stop what you are doing and look for some help.
