Default just got my new car.. and got rear ended :(

so i own a 2007 nhb si coupe.. and i got rear ended this morning.. ERRRRR!!! wtf!!!!


anyways will my title be bruised with a accident on it? man this sucks.. ****** ***.. only had it for 2 weeks and someone ****** rear ended me..

well it has to be reported.. and the damage is pretty bad.. so friggin gayyyyy! stupid people that dont look what they are doing!!!!!!! expletive that guy that hit me he can go suck a big fat cack..

yeah, hopefully it is totaled. Then, if you have GAP, you can go get a new Si.

nope, but you will get a depreciation check for the de-valuation of the car due to the accident

I highly doubt it's totalled, you'd have to do like $16k worth of damages to total it.

It is not automatic, you have to request it and usually cost a bit.

unless you have , i think state farm, and have that new car compensation deal where they give you new cars value instead of the depreciated value. but if its his fault you may beable to fight the hell outa that one. i just wouldnt fight my own company cuz they'll screw you

not to make you feel more bumbed out, but my 93 is that way. It got rearended and the trunk is still tweeked and not aligned right. Just dont take the car back until you are 100%happy and let the shop no that
