spark plugs

Default spark plugs

ok, so i have a b20, w/ intake 4-2-1 header and header back exhaust... im also putting a ZEX dry kit on (55 shot). should i go colder with the plugs? i was told to go with NGK BCPR7E-11. anyone running a similar setup? let me know what plugs you have and where you have timing set.

7's are fine. And go -1 on the timing to be sure. General rule is 1 step colder and 1 degree of timing per 50.
