Default Car will not do anyting?!?!?!

Ok I bought this civic been setting since 02, pulled motor cleaned up tucked wires painted car bla bla bla put together and went to see if it would start and it did noting. Like i mean nothing. No radio or anything. Then i pressed the hazards and they light up solid and the relay for blinkers buzzes like the main relay does when it goes out. but not main relay. Any ideas???

no i just hid wires no re soldering or redoing wires. And ECU was plugged in because i did look at that. Also my radio would have worked even without ECU. See i thought it was my main relay but i looked at it and was like thats not my main relay?!?!?!?!

You said the car had been sitting, correct? If it was outside, then theres a high probability that rust/corrosion/humidity has taken its toll on other wiring components and their grounds, maybe not on the actual wiring harness. Make sure the actual ignition on the steering column is still in tact and wired correctly.

yea i will look at that. I almost did but was all no way but i guess never know since no one has any better ideas.

You checked to make sure all grounds were ok, none left hanging when you did the wire tuck?

This might sound dumb but hey I gotta ask, did you try a new battery?

Check all fuses? engine bay and underneath dash?

Electronis only need power and ground to really work, so if you radio is not working its one or the other. Just have to find out where the power is stopping or where the ground is not attached.

well what i am thinking is it might be the main ground, i am going to try a few things Saturday and post up what happens.
