your such a jerk..... think outside the box....
strip the ****...... if u have a big enough oven... preheat to about 500 degree's and spray it... the tricky thing is getting the wheel in the oven with the paint still wet/moist to bake on...

on the reals tho, the concept will work..... the paint will "bake" to the wheel which will help with not chipping/cracking... after its done and dry just clear the bastard!

1. parts can be dipped into the powder, it maybe electrostatically charged or not
2. you can powdered paint electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the part.

you can buy the craftsman powdercoating system kit. I think it was like 150 last i checked. You can DIY all you need is an oven that you would never want you bake in again. Im serious.
