Tuning and smog question...
So i've looked through the threads already...either help or point me to the older threads.
i have a 97 ITR OBD2...
Mods
JDM b16 piston/rod assembly
skunks valve train/cams
port n polished head
and the rest of the stuff....just wanted to give an idea of mods
so heres my question
should i convert to OBD1 w/ P28 and just chrome chip it? or should i do something else like hondata? im guessing the difference is just what im paying correct?
Also!!!!!! this is important.
im from the bay ( N. cali )...anyone got a hook on smogging?

if i can be of any help. find a usdm itr ecu. you should be able to pass it and make sure your cat is in good order. i passed my test only smog with ctr piston, eagle race crank, adj fpr and running on 91 octance with my stock ecu. $30 test and passed.
minor mods. eagle race crank, adj fpr, and ctr piston with new oem rods. balance/blueprinted with stock ecu running on 100 octane. 91 runs like crap but with 100 octane. runs stronger but a little louder.
