ep3 foglights
there are markings on the back of your bumper where you cut with a dremel tool or a utility knife. then assemble the brackets with the housing and the screws into the tabs that hold on the foglight

However, if you're going to be doing your own wiring, those instructions won't help with that part. The OEM foglights come with wiring harnesses & plugs that add into the car's main harness. But, at least you'll get an idea of where to route your wires and how to remove the bumper and other panels.
