Generally body kits are just for style. Some might also be for increased downforce and all that but if your not racing then that doesnt really matter. I guess the biggest benefit you would be able to tell other then style might be weight loss if you buy a nice one.

I'd say lowering your car, providing you get a good kit would be more beneficial because your car should handle better. I bet lowering your car a little and finding yourself a nice lip kit would be

Body kits aren't really my cup of tea, but it's your car not mine. Personally I'd just go with a nice, clean lip

try the wings west lip kits, they look really clean and they keep the lines of the car really well.

The body kit has no good points at all. It will make you look like an idiotic ricer who has no taste at all.

Lowering with give you increased handling, and a more aggressive look.

A body kit might decrease your drag, improve aerodynamics, yadda yadda yadda. But It'll also break the first speed bump you go over going any faster than 0.05 MPH. Get a lip kit if anything. Lowering your car makes it handle better because it lowers the center of gravity, giving you easier maneuverability.
