what are better rotors slotted or drilled or both

my rotors have gone bad so i figured i'll upgrade to some performance ones not sure on which are better for stopping they have told me that the drilled hold gases and crack easier not sure though any help will be appreciated

Neither...just get a good set of Brembo blanks. There has been many threads on this topic. There is no performance upgrade to these rotors and they do not heat up/cool down.

Please search this one out it has been covered to exhaustion.
