Default Just picked this up lastnight. EM1

This is like my 3rd name on HT.
After about 2 months of searching for an EM i finally found it. I had to drive about an hour away but it was worth it. The ride back hone was fun.
The car will stay like this for a little while. Deff planing on taking off the lip. well here it is.

Our Sales rep removing the stickers off the car. Thanks Mike

I dont know what mufler this is but it sounds good, Deep but not loud.

Practicing my phtography.

This picture was from inside the office threw 3 4 windows.

Thats it for right now. I looked at the motor and theres 2 plugs behind the manifold thats not pluged in. I was wondering if anyone knew what they were for. Ill post some pix of it later on tonight.

Looks clean, now get an alarm, remove the Si badging, 15 kill switches, removable/locking steering wheel hub, clutch pedal lock, leave your ecu out so it's removable, re-route hood release cable and dump it so theives can't cut your fender lining, and chain 2 wheels to a fence at night.

And turbo it.

The rear bumper on my EM1 fit like that too, that little white plastic piece on the side isn't enough to hold it in place.

Be sure to use the Honda spray silicone lube on the window tracks occasionally, otherwise the power windows die.

And just pull in a little too far when you park it a few times, that should take care of the lip, or at least it took care of mine.

Clean EM1

parking spaces are longer than they seem.

looks good...rear bumper needs to be fitted better, and replace the lip and you'll be good to go.

Really? But we're not talking about EK's here. No one ever mentioned the Type R.

He's right, that's an em1.

Any other usdm civic 96-00 was an EJ.

Quit giving him hell, 99% of honda goobers call their 96-00's ek's because if you called it what it actually is, no one would know.

WTF! How about just put that bitch in a garage? I'm glad I live in an area where I don't have to worry about all that crap.

Thanks for all the comments. I cant take some critisism.

That bumper does fit like ****, I have to see if i can raise it up a little more and keep it up. Any sugestions on whats the best way of doing this?
Thanks for the tip about the power windows.
About the lip; I dont know, i just dont like it. Im thinking more of a CF lip.
All the stickers are coming off tomorrow morning when i give it a nice bath.
I hate my lug nuts but they are staying there for right now until i get some extended studs.

Oh yes, im deff planing on boosting it.
