my manual transmission went out on 1988 accord lxi and i found another trani out of a 1990 accord and i am not sure if it will fit.
my motor- 2.0 sohc not vtech

 

no, I don't believe that'll work.

You probably have a A20A3 motor which is totally different than the F22Ax motors that come in the 90-93 Accords.

That and I believe those year transmissions have a rod linkage whereas newer Accords use cable linkage.
