quick help please!

my car has a b18c in it and currently it's running rich. i researched and i can't seem to find the answer. how can this be fixed. spark plugs were fixed today

o2 sensor could be bad. Is it chipped? Many programs run rich fuel maps anyways.

Timing could be off too.
