Default Fuel Pressure Regulator and Upgraded Fuel Rail Necessary For Dyno

Is it more beneficial to have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator when dyno and tuning an all motor set up? I have a B16A with I/H/E/TB/IM, Cams, valve springs, and retainers. Im really saving up as much as possible for dyno tuning because its $160 an hour. I just wanted to know if it would make a significant difference as far as horepower goes to go out and spend a little extra and get a fuel rail and adjustable fpr.
