endlink 'clunking' noise
Ok well I just replaced my passenger side rear endlink as my old one was broken. Now on every bump all I can hear is clunking coming from back there. I thought putting this endlink on was pretty much just a bolt-on affair. I mean I thought all I needed to do was line the 2 holes up, and bolt it up? Maybe I missed something?
Any and All help would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks,

Thanks,
first check to make sure the end-link bolts are tight and if they are, check your sway bar bushings. get under there and grab the sway bar and if you can move it back and fourth you need sway bar bushings. it's a quick fix too, good luck with it man.
Sounds like you preloaded your bar.
Jack it up, unhook the endlinks, and loosen the bushing bolts. Then compress your suspension to ride height with the wheels on.
Bolt your bushing back up, but don't torque them down. Then bolt in the endlinks, and shake the bar back and forth to remove any binding.
Now go back and torque all your bolts. 40lbs/ft should suffice.

sounds like your rear strut mounts are bad, they tend to make a clunking noise when they get worn. same with the fronts, or the rear sway bar bushings are worn. recommend replacing both rear strut mounts and sway bar bushings if worn.
