16 x7 with 35mm offset on 01 accord
You really have two questions: whether the wheels will fit, and whether the tires will fit.
The wheels depend on a lot of things - bolt pattern, center bore, width, offset, and caliper clearance. Not enough information to answer.
With the tires, tires have a good chance of rubbing any time they are both wider and significantly larger in diameter than the stock size, and these are both. The '01 Accord DX Sedan came with 195/70-14 tires stock. 205/60-16 is almost 4 percent larger, and that's a pretty big difference. I would say there is a good chance that they will rub. (Also be aware that the 4 percent difference also applies to your speedometer/odometer error.) But you should be able to get tires in 205/55-16 which shouldn't rub.

My LX came with 195 65 15 . I picked up a copy of the 2007 WHEEL AND TIRE GUIDE . It says the 6 cylinder model came with 205 65 15 from the factory. I wasnt sure how big I could actually go. Thanks for your help.
