Lowering & side strakes

I plan to lower my car to about a one finger gap. My car had came with side strakes from Honda. If I remove them, will there be visible hole marks? Not sure how and where they are fastened.

There will be a hole in the lower rocker panel.

yes but you can plug it with an oem bumper plug.
