Depends on how much hp you have.

generlaly the 7's are good to 350 WHP
8's 350-400
9's 400+ and aggresive street tunes/pumpgas tunes.

if you got 7's i'd prob stick with 7's for 250 WHP. its a good plug.

I have an h23 turbo also fully built, and I have NGK's, they work great.

I'm pushing around 380-400whp

Would the NGK R5671A-9 work on an H22? IIRC, the H22/23 use the same spark-plugs, but I just want this confirmed.

 

The bcpr7es part number is NGK 3330. I use them for set-ups up to around 450.
