I've spent the last few days out on a search for a car alarm, and every place i goto either doesnt have any alarms that interest me, or the people there dont seem like the know anything about their own products. the Compustar alarm seems nice to me, but i cant find anywhere that has it or that has even heard of it.

Does anyone in NY -> preferably around the LI area know a shop that sells and installs these systems? - b/c it doesnt seem like im ever gonna find one that does.
