h23 trans mated to f23 engine

Which do I use for

flywheel
starter
clutch

f23 or h23, also do the bolts connecting the two match up perfectly in number and size?

also how important is an LSD when boosting, I would like to have it but it seems the h22, poorest ratios is the only one with it.
