Default F22a1 with H23a1 Tranny - Will it work?

My friend has a 93 Prelude S with the stock F22a1 motor and I am parting with my transmission from my 95 Prelude Si with the stock H23a1. He is planning on boosting his single cam and this tranny would do him well. He'll be able to squeeze every once of torque out of it.
I had been researching and it seems it can, but I would like a 100% positive answer it can before I pull it.
F and H series.. seems like it would bolt up with no problems, right?
