Where is the fuel pump fuse located?

Default Where is the fuel pump fuse located?

I didnt see anything under the hood so im gonna assume its under the drivers steering wheel. I cant hear the fuel pump kicking on whiole the key is turned i have a 255 high flow fuel pump. My cover for the fuses broke so i dont know which one is the fuel pump fuse spot so can someone tell me. Its a 97 honda civic ex
