Best Tire?
Yup. Every brand makes a lot of different models of tires. Some are more expensive, some last longer, some are better on dry pavement, some are better in rain, some are better in snow, some come in the size you need, etc.

Best traction on dry pavement? Best traction on wet pavement? Best traction for the price? Best traction with long treadlife? Best cornering grip? Best traction on the racetrack?
Asking for the "best tire" is like asking for the "best car". There is no such thing. No single tire is the best in every way possible.
However, if YOU are asking what tire YOU should buy, you can provide additional information and we can give you recommendations for which tire(s) meet YOUR needs best. As noted in the topic stickied at the top of this forum called Forum Rules and FAQ - READ BEFORE POSTING,

This depends on what you're looking to get out of the tire. Make a new topic and tell us what you intend to use it for. In that topic, make sure to answer the following questions:
- What kind of car you have (year, model, version)
- What size wheels you have
- How the tires will be used (daily driving, autocross/track/dragstrip)
- What kind of weather the tires will be used in (dry, rain, snow)
