squeaky breaks...!?

i just replaced my breaks not even 3 weeks ago but almost every time i stop they squeak i checked the rotors and they look fine and the breaks stil look fine any1 no what the problem might be?

did you put anti-sqeak grease on the back of the pads where they meet the shims ?

You must've bought metallic brake pads. The super long lasting ones all do that.
