Need help...with h22 civic

I need help.. I have a turbo h22 civic... my innovate air/fuel gauge is reading a error 4.... what could be the cause of the air/fuel gauge reading error 4??? How do i fix the error 4???

What do the instructions tell you is the cause of an 'error 4'?

damaged sensor cable or sensor connector not fully seated or sensor heater caliration incorrect....I think its the o2 sensor... but not sure...

Well, I guess get in there and check out the wiring and connectors, and then pull out the 02 and check that for physical damage or wear...
