car slow to start
i already changed the fuel filter and switched to high octane gas, is there some kind of warm up ritual 96 ex's have? also, is there any harm in not turning the a/c off when i turn the car off?

How are the plugs, plug wires, and timing? (High octane will not help you with starting.)
No harm in not turning AC off, but your car would start more easily with it off.
