Need a little bit of help

could i safely run no cat on my 04 ep3? or do honda's need a cat, cause i used to have a nissan 300z and they sure didnt.

yes you can run safely without a cat. would you be helping pollute the air? yes.

no cat you will lose a little torque like with a race header but you will gain some hi end power.
