Hazard Switch problem
Well i have a 99 civic hatchback which came with manual AC climate control from the manufacturer...now i got all the parts i need from the US (99 blower, 99 heater core, 99 heater/blower harness, 99 climate control, 99 AC ducts and now ordered a new harness to connect the climate control to the heater/blower harness)...until the harness arrives i was trying to hook the hazard switch which was identically the same but different wiring order...iwasnt expecting this since i read no where anyone has mentioned this!!! since my car came manual AC i believe my dash harness is 96-98 in the dashbaord! both 99 hazard (that came with the climate control) and the one that i originaly have on the manual AC are 9 pins and i did notice one pin was located different ! i did a continouisy testing on both switches ON/OFF possitions and both are definatly different!
did anyone ecounter this problem before? i have a feeling no one in the US did go through this cause the 99 over there come Auto electrical type climate consoles!
i have the diagrams with me if anyone could help
thanks in advance,
Km

by looking at the diagram can you tell me repinning it is gonna be easy or not? cause it seems to me re-pinning it with additional wiring is a must?
i beleive in my OEM (manual one) the switch complete the turn circuit by just shorting TWO points only! while the USDM one shorts FOUR points! so whats each wire for in the USDM switch ?
i did check and the ylw/Blk wire is important to get the turn signals to work...i just grounded that seperatly away from the switch and my turn signals worked normally! identifying the wires is gonna be helpful for me to re-pin it!
any help guys?
