i just bought a 92 civic hatch that runs 13.90s so the seller says , but all that i can tell that is done is a motor swap to a b16 , intake , full header back skunk2 exhaust ,and stage 2 clutch. Is this possible or what could be done that im not seeing???

 

I dont beleive 13's maybe high 14's

 

i've seen it done on slicks..its a CX? and on top of that some motors are built better.
