just wondering if anyone can give me some info on torque settings for the h22a or f20b motor, settings for the valve train ? cam gears, cam shafts etc etc
also if you have info on the settings for tensioner and water pump?

you mean torque spec like what to torque each part to?

 

same specs as the h22

if you mean bolt torquing

if you mean engine torque then the h22 will have a bit more torque but i have had both motors and it wasnt noticable to me

 

uh oh, wait till captain 8500rpm redline comes in here and blows up the thread

but as far as the bolt torque specs you can follow an h22a manual for all those bolts u mentioned.
