Well like the title says. If the parking/Headlights are off, the brake lights work. Which tells me the brake switch is good. When the parking/headlights are on, the brake lights look like there on too even the 3rd light in the stock wing is on @ this time. An then when i press the brakes nothing changes. It looks like something is reversed on the brake lights or something? I checked the blubs and the fuse underdash #19, all looked good. I search the archives but I didn't see anyone with the same problem. So I thought i'd ask what you guys thought? Thanks for any help if you guys can help me.

the gauge cluster lights up too
