I´m using a 3mm hg too on my boosted R, been running for over 1 year without any issues but im waiting on a built/sleeved shortblock to arrive, hopefuly it should be here in may.
Do let us know how does it feel compared to the sc setup, gl with it

now we're talking.. turbo > all.. i'd ditch the internal wastegate and greddy turbo if possible, i do'nt know if you'll be able to pull hp as well to high rpm as you would with something with larger turbine.. i'm in same powerband.. quick but not enough
I ordered custom 2.5inch intercooler piping last friday, also working on a custom DP... Both should hopefully be done this week

I think that intercooler is overkill for that setup. put in a smaller one, gain a little response and keep your bumper support
320 will be fun, but youll want more soon afterwards. thats the evil side of going turbo.
