Default Serious Z6 in 91 SI problems. Need help ASAP!

Ok, swapped a Z6 into a 91 SI Hatch running OBD1 with a jumper from rywire. Still running the A6 intake mani w/ Z6 f/pr regulator.

Motor is running on 2 cyl.

-Brand new plugs, cap, rotor, and wires.
-We checked compression its good.
-Checked timing it lined up good with marks and crank and cam are dead on for the timing belt.
-All 4 injectors are spraying, we pulled all the plugs and grounded them to check for spark and all 4 are sparking.
-Went through 4 distributors, ran on 2 cyl with all of them.
-Ran the ECU in a different car and the ECU works fine.
-Tried turning the distributor 180deg, that just changed the 2 cyl that were firing before to the ones that werent.
-Checked all grounds, plugs, wires, etc...

We thought maybe the jumper was bad or something in the wiring for the OBD1 conversion so we went back to OBD0 by notching out the old OBD0 distributor so it would bolt up to the Z6 head and so we could run the OBD0 ECU and it still does the same thing running OBD0.

We also have a P28, PM6, PR4, and whatever comes with the ZC(numbers scratched off). All of them do the same thing.

Been at this for 2 days now. I'm out of ideas.

only thing i can think of is that the bushings are bad in the dizzy. ive had this happen on a v8 and it only ran on 4 cyls. cause the shaft was wobbling and only hitting half the points we bought a new dizzy for it and it worked perfect. so my advise to you is to get a NEW dizzy from a parts store... the worst that can happen is it doesnt work and you take it back and say it was the wrong one.

I know you probably already checked this and it probable sounds stupid but I would make sure your firing order is correct. And have you checked the spark on all your plugs?

Firing order is correct. We have also went through quite a few distributors and we know they worked right cuz they worked in other cars.

We got it to run on 3cyl now. I moved the cam gear 1 tooth. I tried going 1 more but it didn't get any better.

Now it's Taco Bell time...

Ok we think it's firing on all 4 cyl now, but in order to do that the timing has to be a ways off and you cant give it gas or it backfires through the intake. Gona play with it more tomorrow but getting late and I've been at it non-stop since fri morning...

Yeah we checked that over and over. We also ran a OBD0 dissy that didnt need re-pinning with the OD0 ecu and still ran on 2 cyl.

what about valve timing? When the valves were adjusted and accidently got out of order while doing so would that cause this? Or if they were adjusted too far or not enough?
