Default Need advice on this suspension set-up!

Set-up
Eibach sportline springs - 1.8 inch drop
KYB AGX 5 way adjustable shocks

Spec
Stock
1997 Acura Integra
Daily Driver needing a little umph.

Hey guys, I was just wondering if I could get some advice for this set-up. The seller says he bought it for $700 CDN and is selling to me for $500 CDN Brand new, now I was just wondering if I'm getting a good deal or not and if anyone who's had experiences with this set-up could tell me more about it.

Questions:
If driven only for DD, how long would they last on an estimate?
Price is good?
Would I need a camber kit for it and how much?
How's the handling?

That's all the questions I have, please help me!

Thanks,
Philip

Well first off, I don't have any personal experience from this exact setup, however I did have those shocks but used w/ ground controls. [1.8in drop was not quite low enough for my taste]

1. The setup looks like it will be more than enough for DD. The fact that you will still have plenty of travel along with harder shocks will make driving stiffer and more responsive.[depending on how still you set the shocks]

2. Price seems to be fair. As far as I know, I paid around $300 for my shocks, don't have any idea as for the price of those springs though.

3. Camber kit you shouldn't need. Camber kit [in my opinion] is used only for racing and you're looking for that specific cambering. If you're worried about your tires just make sure to align and let the mech know you want them to fix the "toe".

4. Mentioned in #1.

Hope all goes well with that setup.

Hey, thanks for the info! Greatly appreciated, I'll be deciding on the combo in a day or two, just wondering if anyones had any troubles installing the springs+shocks themselves? What's the hardest part? I've read the threads but I guess I don't have enough first hand experience to know what it's talking about. Should be some good experience thuogh.

the agx aren't designed for a drop more than 1.5", they'll go out over time otherwise. get something like the koni yellows, which let you go as low as you want to.
