That's exactly what I'm looking for. I went to three dealers today and NOT ONE had a TW one. So I came home with nothing.

Yea, I would have to agree with you there.

I'm probably going to go the same route as you.

I'll never do major mods to a DD.

I can definately vouch for that, we are building an 07 FG Si Sedan and the car is very responsive. The current mods are:
- DC Header
- LSD FC Cold Air Intake
- LSD Power 4 Exhaust
- Hondata Reflash

The car yielded 13.5 whp gains with the exhaust mod alone. Its a complete 2.5" mandrel bent system with V-band flanges. Right now the car is probably close to 225whp with the mods above. We are installing a TB spacer and some skunk2 cams in the near future aiming for 240 - 245 whp. However, with just bolt ons listed above, the car is very impressive and will easily make respectable street power. Ill post some pics and dyno charts in the weeks to come.

How are you sure it was under invoice? That's a very good price for a car that just came out!

That makes them a very attractive buy, IMHO.

i'm really just cautious about doing the reflash, cause i dont want to void the warantee at all. this is my DD that i want to keep for a long time, and if i do need some warantee work done to it for any reason, i dont want it to be blamed on reflash and my *** is out. cause that is messing around with the fuel map and such on a very new car. you know where im coming from???

but i def love the idea and have researched it a lot!! thank you!!

...and yes i know that they have to find the fault of the car on my mod if they want to deny me service

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought it sounded odd, but I didn't want to directly challenge you.

During the meet at newburgh this past saturday i went for a ride in Jordans SI he has AEM sri,Skunk2 cat-back,Hondata reflash its a must dude it pulled so damn hard from 4,500rpm all the way to 8,600rpm str8 vtec.

Hondata is a very respectable company for years through honda i am sure nothing will happen to the motor unless you mis shift around 8,600rpm which is the increased redline i would say if you want the most out of this car without F/I this is the way to go i was convinced this weekend Good Luck.

Well said, however, the 400 rpm increase would not be the cause of any actual damage in itself, a mis shift can do this even without a re-flash. Although the Si's valve train and overall engine assembly is pretty solid. Going back to what you said about the re-flash, it would be very hard to detect unless they actually opened up your ECU. So if you worried about warranty claims, id be afraid of other visual bolt on mods before i would be the re-flash. Hondata is definitely one of the best Honda tuning companies around and their re-flash really is a must have.
