Steering wheel shakes when I accelerate...Also clutch chatter question
I pulled my motor back out last weekend to swap motor mounts, install new clutch/flywheel, and new axles. I did a few other misc things as well.
Anyway, when I accelerate kinda hard, my steering wheel shakes for a couple seconds roughly around 4-5k rpm's. After 5k+ rpm's it seems to go away.
I know what a shaky steering wheel feels like from it not being aligned. Thats what it feels like, but it happens then stops. Not like a car out of alignment to where the faster you are going, the harder it shakes. Though, I do need an alignment as I put new wheels on a couple weeks ago. I actually went to get one today, but Belle Tire said my car was too low
Their things hit my bumper or something. So I think they can do it if I take my bumper off.
Anyway, if the alignment doesn't fix, which I kinda feel that it won't, this what else could it be? I just put in brand new axles. And thats the only thing I could think of that might cause it.
Also, I installed a new clutch and flywheel. I torqued all the bolts to spec, and in a crisscross pattern to prevent warping. Now, when I take off in 1st and reverse under 1.5K rpm's, its like the clutch chatters. It also does it sometimes when down shifting 2nd. Any idea what this could be?
EDIT: I have an ACT 12.5lb flywheel and an ACT HDSS clutch kit.

Yessir.

Where did you get the axles from?
Vibration under acceleration only is often caused by a bad axle.

I got them from a dealer here on HT. They are brand new DSS axles. Nothing I have done should have caused either of them to go bad. Unless somehow they got damaged in shipping.

They were balanced recently when I had my tires mounted to my rims.
