code 14 is idle air control valve. take it off and clean it out. (that little screen) if u still get the code try a new iacv, i have a few if you need.
What do you use to clen the IACV? Carb cleaner? That works dont it, or water? Mine is filthy and I am hrowig a code 14, so... Just wondering..
A code 14 indicates a problem with the IACV circuit- the ECU looks for a specified resistance -cleaning it out won't fix the code. Check the resistance at the IACV. You should get between 8 and 15 ohms. Also verify there is not continuity between either terminal and body ground. With the key on there should be battery voltage between the BLK/YEL wire and ground.
