register car in cali ?? gsr???/

ok i got a 93 honda hatch with a b18c1 in it. i am moving to california will i be able to register it? and what do i need to do to my car to get it ready? thanx need advice asap!!

basically all carb parts and vin etc etc...its not going to be easy i tell you that much. what are the mods to the motor?

well the motor is stock. stock intake stock headers.
