Default will 17" BBS rims fit on my 1993 honda civic si hatchback

17" rims comin from 2005 subaru WRX...can they fit on my 93 civic si hatchback

if they are the 2005 and above STI wheels then they might fit if you had a 5 lug itr/ctr brake/hub conversion.

i am not sure on the sti's center bore, though.

The 2005 Subaru's had a 5x100 bolt pattern. They're not going to fit without serious modification to your car.
