before i buy jdm H emblems, are there any screws that hold the stock ones in place, or is it double sided tape?? Also, should i trust the honda dealership to install my stechs or can i do it myself? Pretty mechanically inclined. Thanks in advance!

You can definatly do it yourself, but..... the rear stock emblem has plugs that are about an inch apart and is a peice of cake to get off, and the jdm emblems' plugs are wider and will not fit you will need to snip those off to get it to fit on right, ot does have very sticky tape that you use to put it on......

The front emblem is a little but more of a pain in the ***, it is held on by two screws that you can access from behind, the plugs that the front jdm emblem come with will fit right into the spots where the stock emblems screws were, and it also has double sided tape that you use.

A hairdryer or heat gun will be a nice addition to the job if you have one to loosen up the stock sticky tape stuff, just heat it up for about 30 sec and use fishing line or a old plastic card to "jimmy" it off

The whole job should not take more than 15-20 min

Hope this helps

the rear does not have screws, there more like plugs, you dont need any "tools" to get the rear off
