P28 NEPTUNE CHIPPED ECU WITH BASEMAP HELP!!

Hey guys, i just had my ecu chipped with neptune..it has a basemap in it however, how would you be able to tune if it didn't come with the usb port?

unless it's the rtp version of neptune, only authorized tuners will be able to tune it.
