Default Differences between the Coupe and the Sedan other than the obvious

I understand that Accords Sedan and Coupe are different because of the doors, BUT since the EX Coupe has a different rear end and slightly cosmetically different otherwise, is the Coupe and Sedan pretty much the same mechanically. Are the parts interchangeable or do I need to search for only EX Coupe parts when looking for stuff to upgrade with?
Hopefully, this is not too stupid of a ?.

cars are mechanically identical no exterior body panel are interchangeable however you can do a front end conversion on either car to the sedan or coupe

Mechanical bits should be the same, but I can think of a few exceptions. Stuff like this...

Exhaust sections are different length.
Cable for releasing the trunk is probably different length.
Steel brake & fuel lines under the car are different length.
Steering knuckles might be different because wheelbase is different?

if you are talking about a 6th gen coupe and sedan, all of the basics are interchangable.
