Need advice on Megan Racing Stainless Steel Header for a 94 GSR

1. Will it pass smog in CA?
2. Will it fit a thick Fluidyne radiator with a thin aftermarket fan attached to the radiator
3. Does it hang lower than the stock? My car is not lowered.
4. How does it compare to a DC ceramic header?
5. Is it quality or is it crap?

 

yes it will pass smog and yes it will hang lower. the megan racing and dc sports headers are pretty crappy.

 

i dont think the megan is carb legal though. if you get pulled over and end up having to pop your hood, get ready to pay a visit to the state ref.
