Default Question about engine Block bracket into crx

Hello, i tried searching but i could hardly find anything on it. But i recently bout a b16 off a fellow who had it in a 99Si. I plan to put the motor into my 88 crx Si. The guy i bought it off of said i would have to change out the Engine Block bracket. im guessing the part the motor mount bolts to on the driver side. He said i had to change it due to the different angle of the driver side engine mount. so my question is, is this true, and if so where can i get one to fit the crx, is it same for D series and B series?

Thanks inadvance

you would need the 90 integra rear mount bracket. Just look it up on ebay. They go for about 30 or so.

That is correct, but the guy is actually refering to the drivers side "engine" bracket that bolts behind the timing cover for the drv's mount.

Yes, there is a 1st Gen bracket that is needed.
