Default Anyone running BUDDY CLUB SPEC II Exhaust?

I'm thinking of getting an exhaust for my R and I'm considering Buddy Club Spec II.
Is there anyone here running that exhaust?
Any opinions?

I had spec 3 for a few months. Spec 2 = turn down loud, but sounds louder b/c it is exiting behind the vehicle.

There is a guy in Chicago named erik(he is a member on H-T but don't remember his name). He is running the the BCII with ATS FD and vtec set at like 5.3k. His friends has name his car the "Machine gun" because its soooo loud. He is trying to sell his R now.

I got the BCIII and that is loud in my opinion, but the silencer you can't hear anything.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I really appreciate your input

I will probably endup getting it because I really like the way it looks and my car is a weekend driver (pleasure ride ) so I don't think that I will have a problem with the exhaust being too loud

Pleasure and Buddy Club Spec II should not be in the same sentence. Seriously, that exhaust is so loud you can't enjoy the car.

I had one and immediately sold it after the first trip I made over 30 minutes long. And that was with the silencer in, which pretty much completely killed the power.

Is Spec II much louder than Spec I?

My buddy has a Spec I on his Type R and it sounds pretty nice

He must be running stock cat and header. I was running a very high flo cat with 4-1 header, and it was damn loud.

you are right, he is running stock cat and header.

I also have a stock header and stock catalytic converter so it might not be that loud.....

Everyone over here in NZ complains about the noise. Plus i think you need to be doing 10,000rpm to make them sound any good. Id reccomend them only to those that have their ITR purely for track use! But im a *****, and i run an uber quiet Mugen exhaust haha
