H2b on a prelude
What is it that is holding everyone back from doing this project ? Just getting the trans to mount up ? And the rod linkage found on all the b and d series idk if the stock cables would work at all ?
defiantly money and time... i was going to do this tranny swap but i have heard it its kinda tough because of the difference in trannys... idk tho is it really that difficult to do?

or get an aftermarket final drive
there is nothing stoping anyone from doing it.......there is just NO reason TO do it.
the H2B kit was designed for the civics and tegs so that they wouldn't have to change transmission and fab custom mounts. The reason it was bought is because it was cost effective.
why buy a kit only to have to buy another trans and still have to fab mounts?
like i mentioned earlier, if you want shorter gears, there are better ways to accomplish it and come out with a stronger trans..........replace the gears themselves or the easiest thing is to get a final drive.
