Default How to install review glow on a 99 civic HB with EX cluster

First off thanks to everyone who help on my question about can i install a a EX cluster on a DX, should of done search first and not waste ppl time, sorry about that. So i got an EX cluster (YAY). Now how do i install those reverse glow that light up the entire panel? for sure talking the clear plastic cover off, but is there any additional wiring? because the glow gauge seem to need more power then the stock, just wondering where would i plug them into. cuz the item said something about wiring, power inverter, on off switch??

Each gauge connects to an invertor. The invertor wires up to headlight switched 12v and ground.

You slide the needle through the gauge face hole after removing the stock gauge face screws.

Look on the back of the gauges, you will see where the gauges actually screw into the cluster, there will be three/four screws (depending)...... one will be marked ( - ), this is your best ground. As for your 12volt for lights, tap into the solid red wire #12 on the far left plug that plugs into the cluster above the tach, here's a pic:
