Default another wiring/connector question

y7 with a y8 head on it...wondering where this plug goes to and if i need it


the plug is green

Looks like VTEC Pressure switch to me. Depending on the ECU you use, you'll need it.

I thought it was something to do with oil pressure...Something only used in OBD1+.

yea I believe its a oil pressure switch of some sort

its the VTEC oil pressure switch. you won't need it unless you are using a VTEC ECU (P28, P30, P72, PR3, PWO, etc). It was used on OBD0, OBD1, and OBD2 (excluding most JDM OBD2 engines)
