Default 94 to 98 conversion

I was wondering what was the difference between the two year's bumpers.
Can someone clarify specifically if there is a greater difference between them.
Are they lower, higher different mounting positions, or the looks . ETC....
Thanks

go to ebay and look at the bumpers, the 98 looks cooler.

if your gonna do the swap you need the bumper, headlights, and corner lights. and the mounting positions are the same, it should bolt right up. (so far as i know)

Sort of a waste of money. You're gonna pay good coin for all that stuff plus having it painted to match. If youre gonna change your front at all, just go for the gusto and get the JDM front.

bumper and headlights are like $300, same fender and hood, jdm front you need everything. Big price difference.

Price difference of MAYBE $500, and after you're done with a 98 conversion, you now have an integra that looks like a 98 model, so basically the same. Spend the extra money and get something that you know you will like instead of saying " I wish I would have done it the first time".

'98-01 front end looks much nicer to me...the '98-01 rear bumper is also slightly different and IMO looks nicer too

I think the price difference is more than $500 and more labor intensive.

Not sure what kind of hook ups you're getting. The 98 conversion part total is ~$400. Plus it is something the average person can do in an hour or so, unlike the JDM conversion. The least I've ever seen one go for is $1500 or so. Then you have to mess with the rad support. Much more work, and IMO it is getting played out. Go with the 98 conversion.

you should change the rear bumper and taillights too because the 98 looks way better than the 94. you should also change out the side mirrors to the 96 and up beause they look better than the 94-95.

Hookups? You mean being able to live in souther california rather than nittany lion laden state college? You can get a JDM front for $900. Have someone do the rad support and youre done. I dont see how this is ridiculously expensive or anything.

Right and the reason you can get them for "$900" is because they are played out. Everyone that owns a teg is putting a jdm front on it. And I would love to see a installed JDm front for less than a grand.

If you're going to use that kind of logic, then anythign you do to your Integra is played out. Everyone puts on an exhaust, so it must be played out, everyone wants HID's, so they must be played out, everyone wants a VTEC swap, so it must be played out. You see where Im going with this?
