Default Add steering wheel radio controls?

I have a 2005 Civic LX special edition. I want to add steering wheel radio controls, if possible. I know some accords have radio wheel controls. If I can remove the steering wheel off an Accord (probably from a junkyard), is there a way to hook that up to my Civic radio (special edition radio)?

I believe the Accord special editions have the same radio as the Civic special editions, but I do not know whether these models have radio wheel controls.

Any suggestions/comments/concerns greatly appreciated.

If this can be done, would I need the wheel from a SE Accord, or would a regular Accord wheel/wires/connectors work the same?
